At The Body Sparkle, we strive to ensure you're delighted with every purchase. If you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.

Eligible Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Only accessories and tools may be eligible for return, provided they:

  • Are unused and unopened.
  • Are in their original packaging.
  • Are returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Are accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@thebodysparkle.com before sending any item back.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@thebodysparkle.com. Include your order number along with photos of the item and its packaging so we can review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have additional consumer rights under applicable law, including the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, where applicable.
